In just 10 months, we’ve reached $1M ARR—and we’re growing fast.

We’ve built a unique edge by focusing exclusively on furniture, developing best-in-class tech tailored to the industry's specific needs.

We’re now looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and support our growing base of 250+ clients.


🎯 The Role

As a CSM at Presti, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of active customers.

This is a client-facing role—you should be highly comfortable speaking and presenting in English, managing relationships, and helping customers succeed with our product.

You'll play a key part in onboarding new clients, guiding their usage, and identifying upsell and retention opportunities.


📌 Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start
  • Follow up with clients to monitor usage and boost satisfaction
  • Manage customer support via Crisp and email
  • Track and address churn risks—re-onboard where needed
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support expansion
  • Surface feature requests and feedback from the field to the product team
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and customer notes in HubSpot

✅ Requirements

  • Fluent and confident in spoken English—you’ll be presenting and leading calls
  • At least 1 year of experience in a CSM, Account Manager, or Support role
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus
  • Organized, hands-on, and eager to help customers grow
