**Position Summary:**
We're looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. This individual will work closely with senior engineers to support the development and maintenance of our SaaS platform. This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn, contribute across the tech stack, and grow within a high-impact software company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining front-end and back-end components of our SaaS application.
• Contribute to the development of APIs and internal tools.
• Implement user feedback into new product features and improvements.
• Support testing and debugging efforts to ensure reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions with team members.
• Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share learnings with the team.

Requirements:

• Proficient in written and spoken English; able to participate in daily standups, code reviews, and written technical discussions.
• Access to a stable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment suitable for remote development.
• Some experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks like Vue.js or React.
• Exposure to server-side languages (PHP, Node.js) and database systems (MySQL, Postgres).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).
• Demonstrated interest in AI and large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with shifting priorities.
• A mission-first mindset: a desire to contribute to technology that drives societal progress.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from feedback.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Laravel, Tailwind, Docker, or vector/graph databases.
• Projects or coursework involving full-stack development or AI tools.
• Familiarity with concepts like prompt engineering or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
