At Retell AI, we’re building the full-stack AI call center platform. A single solution that replaces legacy IVRs, offloads agent workloads, and delivers humanlike conversations at scale. With fast response times, smart interruptions, real-time integrations, and an intuitive dashboard, Retell helps businesses deploy voice agents that just work.

We’re growing fast. We are now 14M ARR with only 12 people. Now it’s time for the brand to match the product—and that’s where you come in.

Why This Role

We’re looking for a founding brand designer and art director to lead the full visual transformation of Retell. You’ll own our brand revamp from end to end—setting the design direction and making it real across our website, marketing materials, social media, and motion content.

This is a rare chance to shape the public face of a fast-growing startup, backed by strong product-market fit and a team obsessed with craft. Your work will set the tone for how businesses around the world perceive AI in voice—and trust it.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Retell’s Brand Refresh

    Develop a cohesive, modern, trustworthy visual identity across every touchpoint—online and offline.

  • Own the Website Experience

    Redesign our main marketing site to reflect our product’s quality and sophistication. Work with engineers to ship fast, clean, responsive UI.

  • Create Scalable Design Guidence

    Build reusable design components, templates, and brand guidelines that help our team stay fast and consistent.

  • Design Marketing Assets

    Social media posts, decks, product visuals, campaign assets—you’ll help us look sharp everywhere we show up.

  • Motion & Visual Storytelling

    Work with our team to create motion graphics and animations that explain, delight, and engage.

  • Support Product & Marketing Initiatives

    Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to support new feature launches, growth campaigns, and strategic initiatives with impactful design.

Who You Are

  • Experienced & Versatile

    You have at least 3 years of experience in branding, visual, or graphic design. Bonus points if you’ve worked at a top-tier design agency or helped shape the brand of a fast-growing startup.

  • Tool-Savvy

    You’re comfortable and efficient with tools like Figma, Webflow, and After Effects. You know how to turn ideas into polished, production-ready assets.

  • High Taste, High Output

    You have excellent visual instincts and can execute quickly. You care about details—and deadlines.

  • Creative with Systems Thinking

    You don’t just design great one-offs—you build scalable systems and maintain visual consistency across channels.

  • Curious & Self-Driven

    You love to experiment, explore new tools, and find better ways to tell visual stories.

  • Brand-Minded

    You know how to tell a story through design, and how to make a brand feel bold, cool, and trustworthy.

  • Collaborative & Communicative

    You work well with engineers, founders, and marketers. You can share ideas, take feedback, and push toward better work.
