The Role 💻

Growth is what defines a startup. At Spark AI, we live and breathe this belief as we accelerate the world's transition to renewable energy through intelligent software.

We have ambitious growth plans for 2025, including expanding our footprint across solar/storage development markets and penetrating adjacent clean energy sectors where our technology can create transformative value. We're looking for a results-driven Growth intern who can help us build the rocket ship that powers tomorrow's energy infrastructure.

You will work directly with leadership and own multiple high-impact growth initiatives that directly accelerate our mission to scale clean energy development.

What You'll Own 💪

• Design and execute data-driven growth experiments with razor-sharp hypotheses and success metrics that move the needle on customer acquisition and revenue
• Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads from solar developers, engineering firms, and clean energy companies while mapping and optimizing every step of our conversion funnel
• Ideate, test, and optimize growth channels across paid acquisition, content marketing, and industry-specific outreach—with the freedom to test bold ideas and iterate rapidly
• Monitor key growth metrics daily, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic decisions while supporting leadership in market expansion and go-to-market strategies

What You Bring 🧠

• Completed at least 2 years of university (preferably 3 years) with demonstrated passion for growth at tech startups
• Genuine interest in clean energy and sustainability—you're energized by our mission to accelerate renewable energy adoption
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Execution-first mentality with drive, scrappiness, and ownership mindset to get things done
• (Preferred) Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, or other product analytics platforms
