About This Role

We're hiring a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead Writesonic’s growth and brand. You’ll be responsible for driving demand, growing awareness, and positioning us as the undisputed leader in AI-powered SEO and GEO.

You’ll own and scale every marketing function—from content and SEO to paid ads, social, influencer programs, and community—while also being able to jump in and execute when needed. This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to the founder.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and lead multi-channel marketing strategies across SEO, content, paid, social, influencer, and community
• Personally execute high-leverage campaigns where needed to drive demand
• Build and scale a high-performance marketing team and culture
• Elevate Writesonic’s brand across the SEO and AI ecosystems through content, events, and partnerships
• Build influencer and affiliate programs to expand brand reach
• Own key metrics—CAC, MRR growth, lead gen, and conversion rates
• Partner with product and sales to shape and launch go-to-market campaigns
• Actively grow your personal brand while representing Writesonic at events and online

You’d Be a Great Fit If You

• Have 5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience across SEO, content, paid, and brand
• Are technically fluent in key channels and can execute when needed
• Maintain a strong personal brand and are comfortable with public speaking
• Have scaled growth at a startup and built marketing from the ground up
• Are highly data-driven, KPI-focused, and results-oriented
• Have connections in the SEO or MarTech community
• Know how to position a technical product in a competitive, fast-changing space

💡 Bonus Points

• Experience in MarTech, SaaS, or PLG environments
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Figma, Semrush, or Apollo
• Built or scaled an influencer/affiliate program
• Prior experience building a brand from zero to industry recognition
