Polymath Robotics is creating software that can safely control all of the world's industrial vehicles, and we’re looking for you to join our team. We’re a small, close-knit group of roughly 11 people, each of us experts in our fields, working to bring autonomous vehicles to various industries quickly. We believe this moment in robotics and autonomy is as groundbreaking as the PC industry of the 80s, and we need your help.

About the role

About Polymath Robotics

Polymath builds autonomy software for off-highway vehicles, powering real deployments in agriculture, defense, and industrial sectors. As our customer base grows, we need sharp operators who can keep complex programs on track and running smoothly.

The Role

As an Associate in Program Operations, you will help manage the execution of 5 to 6 customer deployments at a time. You’ll drive timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate across engineering, support, and leadership to make sure everything stays aligned. This version of the role is slightly more focused on project coordination and internal execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple customer programs
  • Keep shared tools like Asana, Notion, and internal dashboards up to date
  • Support internal and customer meetings with agendas, notes, and follow-ups
  • Monitor progress on technical tasks and escalate risks or blockers as needed
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, and leadership
  • Draft slides, summaries, and visuals for weekly updates and milestone reviews
  • Organize logistics for field testing and ensure teams are prepared for on-site reviews
  • Maintain documentation and internal records needed for successful execution

Preferred Background & Tools

We’re looking for candidates who have worked in consulting, technical customer success, or similarly fast-paced, client-facing environments. You should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams and distilling complex updates into clear, actionable outputs.

Familiarity with the following tools is a plus:

  • Google Slides (for presentation creation and updates)
  • Google Sheets (for tracking timelines, deliverables, and status)
  • Asana or similar project management platforms (for day-to-day coordination)
