About the Role

As a Brand Strategy & Content Intern at Cityfurnish, you'll have the opportunity to be at the heart of a fast-growing consumer brand. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, digital content, and brand building.
You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring the Cityfurnish voice to life across blogs, campaigns, social media, and customer communication. From brainstorming content ideas to writing compelling copy and measuring engagement—this internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow your career in branding and content marketing.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of brand messaging, tone-of-voice guidelines, and content pillars
• Assist in writing and editing content including blogs, social media posts, case studies, video scripts, and ad copy
• Contribute to campaign planning and creative brief development alongside senior team members
• Collaborate with design, video, and social teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Help audit existing content for tone, clarity, and alignment with brand identity
• Assist in compiling and updating content toolkits and style guides
• Track and report on content performance metrics (engagement, reach, SEO)
• Coordinate with freelancers and content creators to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Help manage a content calendar across blog, email, social, and in-app channels

✅ Qualifications & Skills

• 0–1 year of experience in content writing, branding, or marketing roles (internships/projects welcome!)
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms
• Basic understanding of brand communication, storytelling, and content strategy
• Exposure to SEO, content analytics, or CMS tools (WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and creative collaborators
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Degree (or pursuing one) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
