We’re now hiring a Growth Lead to help scale our next chapter. This is a full-stack growth role — equal parts data, creative, and hustle.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning and scaling growth experiments across channels
• Driving partnerships and influencer collabs to unlock new audiences
• Analyzing product usage, revenue metrics, and funnel performance to identify levers
• Shaping and executing content marketing strategies
• Finding and testing new distribution strategies (SEO, social, email, community, etc.)
• Working cross-functionally with product, design, and founders

You should have:

• 3+ years in marketing, growth, or performance roles (preferably at a startup or fast-growing product)
• Strong analytical skills — you know your LTV from your CAC and love digging into dashboards
• A creative instinct for content and campaigns that catch attention
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for speed
• Excellent communication and project management chops
