We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer (Product Design Engineering) to join us and build the interface that helps developers worldwide use AI models for translations.

Our ideal Staff Frontend Engineer:

• Crafts hover, empty, skeleton and loading states whose micro-interactions keep p75 FCP < 1 s
• Architects frontends with React Suspense, tRPC, SSR/SSG and React Query that scale effortlessly
• Ships onboarding flows that deliver first value in under 3 minutes
• Solves navigation problems so users surface features they didn’t know they needed
• Designs React component APIs other engineers want to reuse instantly
• Decides when to ship bespoke UI vs. extend existing patterns – and land the call cleanly in code review
• Embraces new AI-powered dev tools the moment they drop – and folds them into the workflow
• Learns fast, owns mistakes, and adapts with the rest of the team at startup speed
• Iterates with real users in Slack/Discord, turning feedback into shipping improvements they notice tomorrow

You'll solve navigation and usability challenges that define great developer tools. You'll design flows that feel natural and make advanced tasks feel simple, designing right in code where that yields the best result.

You'll craft one-of-a-kind animated React components – little moments users screenshot and share.

Our tech stack is JavaScript-based (React, TypeScript) with Tailwind CSS, framer-motion, HeroUI; we’re open-minded on tools as long as they pursue excellence. You’ll squeeze every millisecond from Cloudflare, Vercel, or similar edges.

You'll face intense UX challenges and solve interface problems others give up on, with a world-class team that makes it worthwhile.
