By sourcing information from across your knowledge base, we can step in and help out before questions get sent into the void of escalations.
We’re building a powerful no-code platform that lets customer support teams create their own AI support agents to resolve tickets end-to-end. Teams can design custom workflows, connect to internal tools, and define actions to handle complex scenarios — going far beyond a basic Q&A chatbot. This flexibility lets us support a wide range of industries and use cases, and achieve much higher ticket deflection rates than any one-size-fits-all solution.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience who loves building and shipping fast. You’ll work across our stack — from building backend infrastructure, AI agentic systems, running LLM evaluations, to making UI fixes when needed.
