Casca is building AGI for banking.

We are replacing 30+ year-old legacy technology with AI-native systems of record that automate 90% of the manual work humans used to have to do.

Our first product is an AI-native Loan Origination System - with a built-in AI Agent, called Sarah. Sarah communicates with small business loan applicants via email or sms, guides them through the application process and prepares the loan file for a human underwriter.

Why? Small businesses are the heart of the American economy and a lot of banks shy away from providing funding because of the manual effort in pursuing those deals. With us, that changes and unlocks affordable, quick bank funding for the 30M+ small businesses in the US as opposed to the high interest rates from online lenders.

About the role

Founding Account Executive

Drive explosive growth, make our customers raving fans, and contribute to our product development at the intersection of AI and fintech at Casca.

The Mission  

You'll be the revenue engine behind our AI-native LOS, building our go-to-market foundation while evolving into our enterprise sales powerhouse. This isn't about following traditional sales playbooks – it's about building, driving product growth, and working cross functionally with our engineering team.

Your Impact As a Founding Account Executive you'll:

  • Help build our entire go-to-market engine, working directly with our CEO, VP of Sales, and first GTM hire
  • Own the complete sales cycle from demo to implementation to account management.
  • Pioneer sales methodologies that set industry standards for AI-powered fintech enterprise deals
  • Develop deep relationships with C-suite banking executives 
  • Become a product and industry expert - this is consultative selling
  • Create scalable sales processes and playbooks that future AEs will leverage as we scale

You'll bridge the gap between revolutionary AI capabilities and enterprise purchasing decisions, building relationships that generate millions in ARR while establishing industry credibility.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of quota attainment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles (3-12 months) and complex stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to sell to C-suite executives and navigate large organization buying processes
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technical value propositions
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct sales experience to banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions
  • Background selling AI/ML, fintech, or other complex technical solutions
  • Track record of closing deals >$500K ARR in enterprise software
  • Experience with compliance-heavy industries and lengthy procurement processes
  • Understanding of lending, underwriting, or loan origination workflows
  • Strong existing network within the financial services ecosystem
  • Previous experience transitioning from generalist to specialist sales roles
