About the role

We are looking for a Founding GTM (Go-to-Market) leader who will own and drive all aspects of our GTM strategy—spanning both sales and marketing—to build scalable, repeatable channels that fuel continuous growth. You will partner closely with the founders, product, and customer-facing teams to define positioning and messaging that resonate with logistics service providers. You’ll craft go-to-market playbooks, execute high-impact campaigns, and establish our presence at industry events to accelerate awareness and adoption of Reform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and iterate on a comprehensive go-to-market plan, aligning sales motions and marketing efforts to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Craft clear product positioning and messaging that communicates the value our product provides.
  • Execute B2B campaigns (email, content, webinars, events) and build sales collateral to drive lead generation and deal conversion.
  • Identify and manage participation, presence, and execution in conferences and industry events.
  • Track key KPIs and iterate on channels and tactics based on performance data.

Qualifications

  • GTM experience at B2B SaaS startups, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or adjacent verticals.
  • Hands-on track record building pipeline via outbound/inbound strategies, demand-gen campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to distill technical concepts into clear value propositions.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable defining and tracking metrics and using insights to optimize GTM playbooks.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
