Venta AI develops AI sales employees for Europe. Their first product is an AI SDR that owns the entire outbound process from researching relevant companies to executing campaigns on email, LinkedIn and via letters.

About the role

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive engineer to join our YC-backed startup full-time and in person.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to make a substantial impact in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. You are expected to thrive in a demanding and fast-moving environment. We are hiring for an on-site role in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop core product features on the frontend of our product
• Collaborate with the founders and our customers to conceptualize, design and implement new features
• Maintain and improve our codebase for optimal performance
• Conduct code reviews and perform debugging tasks

Required qualifications

• Proven track record with significant experience in frontend roles, preferably as a Senior Software/Frontend Engineer
• Comprehensive knowledge of Typescript, React and server-side development (preferably Remix / React Router v7)
• Experience in creating UX/UI mockups in Figma or similar tools
• Proficiency in designing multi-tenancy SaaS products
• Must have experience with leveraging latest AI Code IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, IntelliJ, Junie)
• Experienced in operating software in a scalable manner
• Fluent in English, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Alignment with our purpose (our why) and our values (our how)

Bonus Skills and Experience

• Fluent in German to communicate with our mostly German customers
