There is around $1 trillion in securities-backed loans in the United States, and the industry around these loans is dominated by legacy banks. SyntheticFi is disrupting this industry with box spreads, an innovative financing tool that recently became available to retail investors.
We are growing rapidly, reaching over $150 million in Regulatory AUM with a few months of launch. Hundreds of financial advisors are actively recommending our products to their clients.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to join our early team to manage our Sales Development process. As our first sales hire, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and the entire GTM organization. You’ll work directly with the founders to identify, engage, and qualify sales opportunities from independent financial advisors (RIAs).

A 15-30mins Phone Call with the Hiring Manager - this will serve as the introductory call and the “technical” interview; we will discuss in detail what we do, ask questions about your past sales experience, and answer questions you have about the position.
One Take-home Task; this should take less than 1hr (sample ones below)
A 1hr Video Interview with Founders - this is the final interview. We will first review your take-home task; next, we intend to learn more about you, and you can learn more about our culture. We will ask questions about your motivations and work styles.
