As a Senior Product Analyst at Healia Health, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision making across our growing employee benefits platform. You will transform complex datasets into clear insights that guide product development, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in office) based in Columbus, OH.

Data Exploration & Trend Analysis: Analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within our business

Storytelling & Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels

Performance Measurement & KPI Development: Partner with leadership to develop KPIs and metrics that measure business performance and drive strategic decisions

User & Product Behavior Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of our application usage, customer behavior, and claims data to identify optimization opportunities

Product Analytics & Feature Impact: Support the product team by quantifying feature impact, prioritizing enhancements, and validating hypotheses with data

- Have 2-4 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or similar roles
- Possess expert-level skills in data manipulation and analysis tools (SQL, Python, or R)
- Have strong data visualization capabilities and experience creating intuitive dashboards
- Able to create and present executive level slide decks and presentations
- Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excel at communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical sophistication
- Possess meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Are self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
