We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a bold and charismatic Content Creator to help us bring the Weel brand to life across social networks.

Your Mission

As Content Creator, you'll work closely with the founders and our Growth Marketer to shape and execute Weel's content strategy across social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
You’ll create and star in short-form videos, brainstorm original formats, meet drivers, talk to strangers, react to trends, and produce content that grabs attention and drives engagement.

We’re not looking for someone to stay behind the camera. We’re looking for someone who loves being on screen, brings fresh energy, and wants to be one of the faces of the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Create original video content featuring yourself (interviews, street content, trends, community videos, etc.)
• Be one of the on-camera personalities representing Weel on social networks
• Collaborate with the founders and growth team to plan a bold, high-impact content strategy
• Launch creative formats that bring value to drivers and viewers
• Work with a videographer when needed (we’ll cover the cost)
• Help plan and film activations, events, challenges, and social experiments
• Continuously test, learn, and improve based on audience feedback and performance metrics

Who You Are

• You’re comfortable on camera, charismatic, and confident speaking to anyone — from delivery drivers to CEOs
• You’re creative, proactive, and fast — you know how to turn ideas into videos without overthinking
• You understand how to make content that performs well on social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• You’re a natural storyteller who can engage people in 30 seconds
• You love testing new formats, talking to real people, and having fun doing it
• You’re resourceful and know how to make things happen on a scrappy, low budget
