Cartpanda is looking for an experienced Tech Project Manager to drive successful delivery across our digital initiatives. You’ll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining high standards of quality, scope, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software and technology projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Coordinate technical teams (developers and QA) to foster alignment, accountability, and collaboration.
• Track project progress and report updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Partner with product, design, and business teams to ensure projects align with broader company strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software and technology projects, ideally in startups.
• Strong track record of leading high-performing technical teams (developers and QA).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Our backend is all based in Laravel. Think of integrations, payment gateways, shipping and more. Our storefront, including checkout, is in Liquid.
