Pickle is looking for exceptional founding designers to help us craft the first truly human AI clone—real time, expressive, and persistent across voice, video, and memory. As a founding designer, you’ll shape how people see, feel, and interact with their digital selves. You’ll work at the frontier of identity, emotion, and interface design to bring living AI experiences into the world.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design intuitive, expressive interfaces for a new category of AI-native consumer product.
• Build scalable UI systems that bring consistency and clarity across the Pickle experience.
• Prototype and test new features rapidly to learn what resonates with users.
• Define Pickle’s visual identity through thoughtful typography, imagery, and motion.
• Partner closely with engineers to bring designs to life with precision and care.
