Traveling is amazing yet typically frustrating. We want to remove friction from travel and innovate for travelers worldwide!

Our B2B Travel Platform is valued by customers like Priceline, Hopper, and Trip.com.

Our new B2C product, Ascend, helps travelers find new ways to explore, save, and hack travel.

The Role

  • Own our short-form social channels end-to-end, turn product insights into scroll-stopping content, and scale our community from thousands to millions.

Requirements

  • Grew a direct-to-consumer brand from 0 to 100k+
  • Work in our Bellevue, WA office 5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Post content Daily
  • Focus on great social media, not general marketing

Interview Process

Initial Screen - 15min with Talent or other Leader

  • You introduce yourself, what you’ve been working on, and what you’d like to do next.
  • We answer questions about Gordian

Hiring Manager Screen - 25min with Hiring Manager

  • Similar to the Initial Screen, but more in-depth and with your potential manager

Case Study - 60min with Subject Matter Expert

  • Prompt given that you will prepare a solution, then meet with an SME to go through our solution.

Final Interview - 45min with CEO and Talent

  • 30 minutes for our questions, ranging from Tell me about a time, to What do you want to do next.
  • 15 minutes for your questions, anything you want to know

We check a reference and make a hiring decision.
