About the Role
Popl is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help us scale our GTM engine. In this role, you'll work across sales, marketing, and customer success to optimize processes, manage systems, and provide the data and insights needed to drive revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2 - 4 years of RevOps experience who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Chili Piper, Apollo, and more
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to give visibility into pipeline, funnel conversion, and revenue performance
- Improve processes across the customer journey, from lead routing and attribution to renewal workflows and expansion
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to identify friction points and recommend automation or tooling solutions
- Manage data integrity and hygiene across systems to ensure clean, accurate reporting
- Support forecasting, territory planning, and sales compensation tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops role
- Proficiency in Salesforce and strong working knowledge of marketing automation and sales engagement tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action
- Project management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to take ownership
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
Nice to Haves
- Experience at a SaaS company, ideally in the $5M–$20M ARR range
- Familiarity with tools like Looker, HubSpot, Gong/Avoma, Apollo, and Zapier
- Knowledge of lead scoring, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization
- Interest in event marketing or lead capture technologies
