This is not your average internship. You won’t be treated as an intern. You will work hard, learn fast, and leave with your name on things that actually shipped.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with SOTA voice agents. Doing complex flows you won’t find anywhere else.
• Work for fortune 500 companies 1:1.
• Stress test our Voice AI in live customer settings - yes, you’ll be making real calls too.
• Design and launch features that help agents collect payments or resolve issues e2e.
• QA agent conversations and help tune them to sound more human, more empathetic, and more effective.
• Travel with the team to customer sites.

What We’re Looking For:

• You love to build, and have shipped stuff before. We don’t care much about credentials, we care more about the stuff you can show us you have done previously.
• You want to work from and live in the office. You love late night product / eng talks.
• You learn faster than you complain, and don’t mind taking a few collection calls on Day 1.
• A real project that impacts thousands if not millions of people that will be in production and stay in our codebase after you leave.
• You are thinking long-term and would be open to consider joining full-time after the internship / graduating college.
