This is not your average internship. It’s more like a bootcamp disguised as an internship, and you’ll leave it knowing more than most junior PMs or engineers ever will. You will work hard, learn fast, and leave with your name on things that actually shipped.

What You’ll Do:

• Shadow and contribute to onboarding new clients (think real money, real banks).
• Stress test our Voice AI in live customer settings — yes, you’ll be making real calls too.
• Design and launch custom workflows that help AI agents collect payments or resolve issues.
• QA agent conversations and help tune them to sound more human, more empathetic, and more effective.
• Build internal tooling, dashboards, or agent-building blocks (if you're technical).
• Travel with the team to customer sites (you’ll see more airports than classrooms this summer).

What We’re Looking For:

• You’ve shipped something before — a product, a bot, a company, anything.
• You’re technical OR insanely analytical with strong ops instincts.
• You want to work in-person, not remote. You thrive with a whiteboard and late-night takeout.
• You learn faster than you complain, and don’t mind taking a few collection calls on Day 1.
• You’re not looking for a “summer experience.” You want a trial-by-fire.
