Backend developer with at least 2 years experience handling complex functional product flows. Expertise in one of the modern high level languages like node, python or C++. Should be willing to work with python/postgresql stack.

Note - This Job is hybrid based out of Bangalore. Employees are expected to have a base in Bangalore.
- Introductory call(half hour) - This is to understand candidates current experience and expectations. Candidates are welcome to ask questions related to roles and share what they want from the next job.
- MC round(1 - 1.5 hr) - Machine coding round. The candidate is expected to code a functional and demonstrable application with the given requirements in a language of their choice. Candidates can use local or offline editor of their choice.
- System Design round(1-1.5 hr) - Candidate will be given a high level product requirement. They will be expected to work with the interviewer to convert product requirement into tech requirements, write pseudocode, create schema design and api contracts. Candidate is expected to demonstrate how they tackle a problem in real world scenario.
- Cultural Fit round(1 hr) - This round is for both the candidate and the hiring manager to gauge the role fit. Candidates are encouraged to ask questions that would help them understand about the role and expectations on a day to day basis.
