AiPrise enables fintech and crypto companies to onboard users compliantly and detect and remove fraudsters intelligently. We connect with multiple data sources like Government ID checks, credit bureaus, social media checks, IP address checks, phone number checks and give a simple YES/NO answer about a user to our customers.

AiPrise is reimagining compliance for the modern global company. We’re building Compliance Copilot, an AI-powered decisioning and review assistant for risk and compliance teams across the world. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead this strategic initiative end-to-end—from research and ideation to launch and adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building AI products from scratch, understands the nuances of compliance, and is excited by the challenge of automating human decision-making in high-stakes environments.

What You’ll Work On

• Own the Compliance Copilot product roadmap—from vision to execution
• Translate messy, ambiguous compliance workflows into intuitive, AI-powered tools
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and compliance experts to ship impactful features
• Drive structured discovery: interview customers, understand pain points, define problem statements
• Partner with AI/ML teams to turn model capabilities into user-facing magic
• Prioritize for real-world outcomes—reducing review times, false positives, and compliance overhead
• Define and track product success metrics (e.g., Copilot accuracy, case resolution speed)
• Evangelize the product internally and externally—customer demos, sales support, and enablement

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, compliance, or AI tools
• Experience working with LLMs or building AI/ML-powered user experiences is a strong plus
• Excellent intuition for product UX—especially around complex workflows
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills: you’re comfortable balancing risk, effort, and impact
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced startup environments
• Bonus: Familiarity with risk, fraud, or KYC/KYB workflows in fintech, regtech, or identity platforms

We use a Typescript React frontend coupled with Flask backend hosted on AWS. We also provide our customers with embeddable web SDKs that they can integrate within a day.
