careCycle is recruiting our Founding Solution Designer — a visionary architect armed with empathy and ambition, prepared to change the way the world delivers Medicare services forever.

We are on the hunt for a worthy ally who will help construct the foundation of a new instrument of transformation — One that is AI-powered, member-centric, and recognizes human connection as the source of retention.

You will not only be implementing solutions, but creating meaningful relationships with the customers they impact. In the process, you will be a critical earpiece to the market and accelerate the product roadmap with your creativity.

In the 2024 AEP alone, we orchestrated over $2M in renewals while reducing agent talk time by 20%. Our AI voice teams already achieve 5x higher conversions and 37% better retention. We're fresh out of YC W25 and oversubscribed a seed in days. But this is merely the beginning.
