The autism care industry is growing rapidly due to increasing diagnosis rates and landmark legislation requiring payers to cover care in every state. This has caused private equity to take over the market, with over 200 M&A deals in the past decade. This cash grab not only hurts providers, who are overworked and underpaid, it also hurts quality of care. Providers want a world where they can have the freedom to focus on their patients, but starting their own practice is costly.

We built a platform designed for autism care providers to start, run, and grow their business. Providers with Finni can launch their own practice in 2 weeks. When they join, they instantly get access to our insurance network. From there, our platform allows them to manage patient data, schedule appointments, and get paid.

About the role

Help Us Transform Behavioral Healthcare

Finni Health empowers ABA and pediatric mental health clinics to launch, grow, and deliver world‑class care. Fresh off a GC‑led Series A and on the cusp of profitability, we’re ready to 10× our provider network—and we need a builder‑leader to architect the engine that gets us there.

The Opportunity
As Finni’s first Provider Growth Manager , you’ll own revenue from top to bottom: strategy, process, people, and performance. You’ll craft outbound programs that match our surging inbound demand, scale a high‑agency team, and work cross‑functionally to make sure sales, marketing, product, and operations march in lockstep toward our ambitious growth targets.

What You’ll Tackle

  1. Strategy & Execution – Design the GTM plan that doubles our provider base year over year, balancing scrappy experimentation with repeatable playbooks.
  2. Team Building – Hire, coach, and inspire Senior SDRs, AEs, and future managers; institute a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning.
  3. Process & Systems – Implement tooling, dashboards, and forecasting that surface real‑time insights and keep the org laser‑focused on pipeline health.
  4. Cross‑Functional Leadership – Partner with Marketing on campaign concepts, with Product on feedback loops, and with Customer Success on seamless hand‑offs that drive lifetime value.
  5. Executive Storytelling – Present metrics and insights to the Board, and investors—translating numbers into strategic actions.

Your Superpowers

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS or healthcare services sales , with 3+ years managing managers or leading a sizable team.
  • Proven record of building outbound and ABM motions from the ground up while sustaining high inbound conversion.
  • Data‑driven mindset—you can slice a funnel six ways in the morning and rally the team around a single KPI by lunch.
  • Inspirational leadership style that balances high expectations with genuine care and humor.
  • Comfortable in the chaos of hyper‑growth; you design structure that scales but never slows things down.
  • Passion for healthcare access and an authentic connection to our mission of helping kids and families thrive.
