The Role

As a Founding Member of Technical Staff, you will architect and build the core platform that ingests, processes, and visualizes massive scientific datasets. You’ll work hands‑on across the full stack—shaping our product direction, owning major technical initiatives end‑to‑end, and mentoring early hires.

What You’ll Do

• System Architecture: Design highly available, scalable services for data ingestion and processing.
• Core Development: Write production‑quality code in Rust and Python to implement critical algorithms and pipelines.
• Product Partnership: Collaborate closely with scientists and product designers to translate complex requirements into elegant, user‑friendly features.
• Research & Prototyping: Rapidly prototype novel approaches and frame them for adoption by the wider team.
• Code Excellence: Lead code reviews and establish best practices for maintainability, performance, and security.
