About the Role
Our Revenue Cycle Management software provides revenue intelligence and streamlined process for thousands of healthcare businesses, from small clinics to large health systems. Our state-of-the-art RCM dashboard, Athelas Insights, provides unparalleled understanding into the financial health of your practice to help you with all aspects of RCM including denials, working A/R, research, and more.
What You'll Do
Successfully source new business within private practices, physicians group and health care systems
Able and willing to work in the field prospecting at least 50% of the time
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas by qualifying opportunities and scheduling demos
Align Commure+Athelas solutions with prospect business objectives/needs
Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to drive new business
Become an expert in the healthcare space
What You Have
Tenacious hunger to win business and move deals through the sales process
Demonstrated experience in a sales role, preferably software sales
Experience with quota and commission compensation structure
Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO, VP, MD, RN, FNP etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Highly organized and strong time management skills
Ability to work in fast paced, ever changing environment and pivot when necessary
Self driven, motivated and results oriented
Enthusiastic teammate and team player mindset
Preferred:
4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
Past experience and success in the SDR role
Proven success in penetrating new markets and cultivating new business
Consistent over-achievement in past positions
Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills

Our device captures high resolution images of blood smears which we analyze using internally CNNs. Our networks are responsible for segmenting cells, classifying them, and deciding which images include valid and invalid samples. In addition, we have specially designed networks for classifying abnormal cells (blast cells, giant platelets, nucleated red blood cells) that require additional intervention.
Our hardware stack includes custom objective lenses and image sensors to provide the optimal tradeoff for field of view and cell resolution. Our device includes an onboard linux processor, motor drivers, and a linear actuator for orienting and moving the sample. We are always looking to improve our imaging stack to provide more powerful images for analysis.
We provide customers (clinics) a web-based interface for analyzing results, looking up patient history, and integrating directly with pharmacies. Our frontend is built entirely in react and redux.
Our APIs are built using flask and sqlalchemy with a postgres database. Our infrastructure is hosted using Kubernetes on GCP. We believe in simple, reliable infrastructure that allows us to spend most of our time on improving our tests and adding new ones.
