What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to define business priorities, drive execution of key initiatives and ensure alignment between teams. 
• Build and manage relationships with our customer counterparts, supporting new and ongoing engagements.
• Plan and execute overall business unit strategy, including business development priorities and internal operating models, flexing into product, GTM and operations functions based on priorities.
• Review and analyze organizational structure and decision making processes + provide recommendations on optimization where needed. 
• Assist the CEO and leadership team with board and investor communications such as decks, presentations, meeting agendas and recaps. 
• Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual planning processes for the business. 
• Own processes for leadership syncs, All Hands, OKR reviews and team offsites by preparing agendas, facilitating discussion, documenting notes / action items and tracking all follow ups.

Who You Are 

• 2+ years as a key player in operations or strategy, preferably in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize appropriately, multitask and delegate effectively. 
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to deliver points and arguments clearly and concisely. 
• Technical aptitude–you’re comfortable with technical concepts at a high level and can engage in conversation about research, business challenges, and qualifications as it relates to hiring. 
• Strong, data-driven decision making skills + ability to support those decisions with reasonable arguments.
• Ability to build relationships with other team members and hold strong influence without direct authority. 
• May strive to start your own company one day, and are excited to touch many functions + work closely with a founding team to build that knowledge base. 
• Overall willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
