Parity is the AI SRE for Incident Response
Let's face it: on-call sucks. 2 AM pings, unactionable alerts, and a week of getting behind on your real work.
Parity is leveraging AI to make on-call a thing of the past. Our AI agents run investigations to triage, root-cause, and remediate issues in infrastructure autonomously. We have seen great adoption with early customers and are building a product that has the potential to define an emerging category.
We're backed by exceptional investors, including Y Combinator, General Catalyst, and Sugar Free Capital. We're also supported by a great cohort of angels including the founders and early employees of top startups like Midjourney, Crusoe, and more.
As a founding applied AI engineer, you’ll work on our improving and expanding our core AI features. AI is at the heart of Parity’s product and you’ll be directly responsible for scoping out, developing, testing, and ultimately shipping new AI features to our customers. You’ll work directly with the founders and early team.
This is an in person role at our office in SF. We’re an early stage company which means that the role requires working hard and moving quickly. Only apply if that excites you.
Our backend is built in Go and Python. We've built a custom AI agent framework that is agnostic to the underlying model provider. We've also built a custom workflow framework.
Our frontend stack is Typescript and NextJS.
We support deployment in both a hosted and self-hosted environments.
In order to successfully root cause an alert, we need to ingest observability data, monitor live infrastructure, understand configurations, recent deployments and code changes, and then put that all in the context of how a team responds to incidents by understanding their team communications and documentation. We're effectively building an AI teammate that needs to onboard onto a team's on-call process. This leads to several compelling technical and product challenges that will be transformational if we can solve them at scale.
