Wondercraft has a diverse team of 10 headquartered out of London, comprised of Imperial, Cambridge and Oxford alumni.

About the role

We are looking for our two first Account Executives to join us on our mission to make audio content creation seamlessly easy and collaborative. You will work directly with the founders to build our B2B sales engine to scale, closing Pro and Enterprise deals across industries like marketing, advertising, media, learning and development, education and gaming. You will report remotely into co-founder Oskar Serrander, based in NYC, with the whole world as your market.

The job

  • Own the full sales cycle—from outreach and discovery to demos, proposals, and closed-won
  • Collaborate with founders to refine our GTM strategy, messaging and packaging based on customer conversations
  • Work with the product and marketing teams to create lead generation activations and campaign feedback loops
  • Be the face of Wondercraft in conversations with mid market and large corporation adopting AI-powered content production tools
  • Log activity and opportunities in HubSpot with strong forecasting discipline
  • Help us shape the foundation of our sales culture, automation process, and pipeline strategy

About you

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is energized by creating something from nothing—a positive growth mindset is a must.
  • Can pitch creatively and thoughtfully, with a consultative approach and love for relationship building and closing
  • Is excited by the ability to contribute beyond just sales—into product, marketing, and brand building
  • Can write sharp, catchy outreach emails and lead compelling demos that inspire prospects and turn them into believers and fans
  • Is deeply curious about AI, creativity, and where the future of media is heading
  • Thrives in early-stage, high-speed environments and doesn’t need hand-holding
  • Is a confident communicator, great with people, and great under pressure
  • Strong self-discipline and time management skills to keep leads and deals in order and moving forward at all times
  • Has experience closing SaaS deals in the $5K–$100K range (bonus if with marketers, creators, agencies, L&D)
  • Has startup experience (big plus)
  • Has sold creative SaaS platforms like Wondercraft before, or to a similar audience (huge plus)
  • Has hunger, drive and loves an adventure (biggest plus)
