HeyRevia is building the AI contact center for healthcare. We automate phone, text, email, and fax workflows—replacing the need for large BPO teams and solving real staffing challenges for clinics and health systems.

We’re growing fast and looking for a software engineer who’s excited to learn, build fast, and work with production-grade AI.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship features across our stack (Python, FastAPI, React, GCP)

• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs to automate complex workflows

• Improve reliability and observability of real-time AI systems

• Collaborate directly with customers and our small, tight-knit team

• Learn fast—whether it’s new AI tooling or scaling backend systems

What We’re Looking For

• Strong builder mentality—comfortable moving fast and breaking things

• Experience in Python, backend APIs, or modern web development

• Curiosity and hunger to master AI systems and real-world deployments

• Bonus: experience with LLMs, vector search, or prompt engineering
