What are we?

We’re fundamentally changing the unit economics of the legal industry by building the AI agents to replace law firm staff.

This is the most difficult and the most lucrative application of voice AI. Expertly-trained teams of 100+ are currently answering the phones and closing 7-figure clients, but are the biggest cost center for law firms in an era of rising competition.

We are in the unique position to dominate the entire market. Investors can see this too. In the W25 batch, we were the first company to fill our entire seed round ($3.2m within 72 hours from investors like Alex Hormozi and legal industry giants).

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a high-agency founding engineers that are:

• excited about solving unsolved problems
• ships code like a 10X SWE
• can be client-facing when necessary
• genuinely loves startups and running together to make something great happen
• capable of growing into a leadership position and run an engineering team
• happy to consistently travel across the US on a moment’s notice to visit users

We are very clear about who we’re looking for. We want someone who:

• has 1-2 years of startup experience (full time) OR founded their own startup
• has built and shipped a product to real users on their own
• has great energy. we work hard, work late, talk to users, and have fun.

Who are we?

Ethan Hilton (CEO): CMU AI dropout. 2nd time legal founder. Generated 7 figures in high school through guerilla lead acquisition. Was invited and lectured at the inaugural YC S25 batch dinner.

Ayushman Srivastava (Head of AI): Ex C-suite at a unicorn company. Has been building enterprise AI for Fortune 100 companies for the last 5 years. CMU AI MS.
