The reality of healthcare today: clinics miss 30-40% of inbound calls due to staffing shortages, while patients struggle to connect with providers. We've built AI agents that handle scheduling, billing, prescription refills, and more—serving tens of thousands of patients monthly.

We're growing rapidly, serving dozens of customers including virtual care companies, outpatient health systems, and a $5B publicly traded health insurance company. With demand surging and revenue quadrupling in recent months, we're scaling our team.

We are an in-person company based in New York. We've raised $5.3M from Accel, Y Combinator, Sequoia (scout), and founders of Ophelia, Medallion, Counsel, Elemy, and Sana.

Our clinician-led founding team combines healthcare operations expertise with technical excellence. Dr. Ryan Gallagher, our CEO, is a Stanford/Harvard-trained physician from the founding teams of Two Chairs and Ophelia (YC W20). Jeffrey Lamothe, our CTO, worked on voice AI at Amazon Alexa and led AI/ML projects at Salesforce and Citi.

We believe AI agents should handle these workflows—scheduling, billing, prescription refills—so healthcare teams can focus on actual patient care.

We're building the communication infrastructure that modern healthcare desperately needs. Our AI agents don't just answer calls; they complete entire workflows end-to-end, giving providers back their time and ensuring patients never go unheard. We've already handled hundreds of thousands of patient interactions across virtual care companies, health systems, and a $5B health insurance company.

What you'll be working on

  • Embed with customer teams to deploy and optimize AI agents in live healthcare environments.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions based on client feedback.

  • Troubleshoot and iterate on healthcare integrations to ensure seamless performance.

  • Drive customer success through onsite training, support, and relationship management.

  • Contribute to product roadmap by identifying real-world challenges faced by customers

Requirements

  • Technical excellence : 3+ years of engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping production systems.

  • Healthcare systems experience : Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EHR integrations, or regulated environments (HIPAA compliance is a plus).

  • Full-stack engineering skills : Deep expertise in our tech stack (Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL), with the ability to build reliable integrations and debug complex systems.

  • High agency and ownership : Comfortable in ambiguous situations, making independent decisions, and taking full responsibility for customer success.
