We help medical schools and hospitals train students and doctors. For example, medical students practice on our AI simulations before they see live patients.
About the Role
We're looking for founders who've been in the trenches and want to apply that to the future of training and evaluation in healthcare and behavioral health.
SimCare is scaling healthcare + behavioral health training and evaluation with a suite of AI experiential learning tools. Our tech is built on an evaluation engine that standardizes the inherently qualitative and quantitive aspects of what it means to be a good care provider.
Whether you're teaching counseling, medicine, or nursing, or enhancing workforce readiness, our system provides standardized benchmarks that show real-world performance. This also mean we are rapidly being adopted as a new standard for evaluation and training.
Becoming the universal evaluation layer for all of healthcare—from classrooms to hiring, from employee onboarding to training the next generation of foundation models.
We're already working with 60+ institutions (including a 7 figure contracts) that are using our software daily.
When we started building SimCare AI in our college dorms almost two years ago we had zero competitors and everyone thought we were crazy. Today, SimCare clones are popping up every day but our offering is ions ahead of anything they could imagine. Not to mention all the big players in this space are either actively trying to acquire us or do what we do that’s market validation.
What we’re building was the future 6 months ago but it’s rapidly becoming the new status quo – here is your opportunity to be a part of it being done and being done right.
If you've built something before and want your next chapter to transform healthcare training while working with a team that respects your founder experience—we should talk.
We build AI patients primarily using LLMs but also VLLMs, text to speech and vision models. A big part of what we do involves making the patients more intelligent, more realistic, and medically accurate - this involves lots of algorithmic thinking as well as fine tuning for the LLMs. The patients exist within a simulated environment which is built on Astro and Node.
