We're growing fast and looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help customers go from "interested" to "fully operational" with our AI voice agents. This role is a mix of customer success, technical setup, and AI optimization—perfect for someone who loves working with AI, automation, and real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring their AI agents are set up to handle calls, book jobs, and integrate smoothly with their CRM.
• Customize AI prompts and workflows to match the business’s needs, improving performance through prompt engineering and conversation design.
• Train and support customers, helping them understand AI best practices and how to optimize their AI assistants.
• Analyze AI performance, tweak prompt structures, and refine responses to improve job booking rates.
• Collaborate with product & engineering, providing feedback to improve AI behavior and integrations.
• Monitor early-stage AI adoption, identifying blockers and ensuring customers hit their success milestones.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1+ years experience in onboarding, customer success, or technical support (SaaS, AI, or automation experience is a plus).
✅ Basic prompt engineering skills—you don’t need to be an AI scientist, but you should understand how LLMs work and how to tweak AI responses for better accuracy.
✅ Excellent communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical business owners in a way that makes sense.
✅ Process-driven mindset—you can juggle multiple accounts, track progress, and refine onboarding workflows.
✅ Comfortable with fast-paced environments—we move quickly, and you’ll play a big role in shaping how we scale onboarding.
