About Beyond Aero

We believe that aviation will be electric in the next decades, we are building the first electric private jet using hydrogen propulsion to reach more than 800 nautical miles. We already flight tested our 2-seater prototype, raised $44M and build a team over 60 engineers based in Toulouse, Paris and Los Angeles.

About the role

1. Fundraising Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a Series B fundraising strategy targeting top-tier investors in aerospace, hardware, and climate-focused industries.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential investors, venture capital firms, private equity, strategic partners.
  • Create persuasive investor materials, including pitch decks and financial projections, in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Represent Beyond Aero at key investor meetings, M&A discussions, industry conferences, and high-stakes negotiations.

2. Legal and Financial Negotiations:

  • Lead negotiations for fundraising and M&A transactions, leveraging strong expertise in corporate finance and legal frameworks.
  • Collarate with legal counsel to draft, review, and finalize investment contracts, term sheets, and shareholder agreements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Address investor and M&A counterpart concerns, presenting strategic solutions to protect Beyond Aero’s interests.

3. Pipeline and Data Room Management:

  • Build and maintain a structured investor and M&A pipeline, prioritizing opportunities by strategic alignment and importance.
  • Implement and oversee a CRM system to track relationships and engagement.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive data room for due diligence, ensuring accuracy and organization of financial, legal, and operational documents.

4. Collaboration and Strategy Development:

  • Partner with internal teams across finance, legal, engineering, and marketing to align strategies and provide data for discussions.
  • Act as a liaison between investors, M&A counterparts, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Conduct market research on trends, competition, and investor behavior to inform strategies.
  • Analyze key metrics and deliver actionable insights to optimize fundraising and M&A outcomes.
Technology

Founded in December 2020, the company is redesigning the architecture of a CS23 aircraft around hydrogen-electric propulsion, working on fuel cells and batteries hybridization, hydrogen tanks integration and cooling system. Making possible, certifiable and profitable the first electric business aircraft designed for hydrogen propulsion is our mission. Our ultimate goal is to pioneer hydrogen-powered flying systems by conducting test flights and obtaining the necessary certifications. Automation and mass manufacturing are also central topics that we are exploring in this project.
