About the role

The Product Manager role will contribute across the following areas:

  • Manage product development roadmap:

  • Collect customer requirements and analyze competitive landscape to generate ideas for the product roadmap

  • Create business cases for roadmap initiatives

  • Build wireframes in Figma for new products to be implemented

  • Analyze new proposed product features / wireframes from the user perspective to perfect feature design and implementation for clients

  • Outline functional requirements for new features through creation of detailed user stories

  • Help guide implementation of product roadmap for features chosen for development and manage scrum process (utilizing Trello and other scrum tools) to drive forward implementation

  • Carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) once features have been implemented to confirm they have been fully implemented from the user perspective and provide detailed feedback on unmet requirements

  • Create and execute product and analytical solutions to address Redbird customer needs:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their objectives

  • Design solutions to meet customer objectives

  • Build analytical workflows using the Redbird platform, including:

  • Collect data from a variety of data sources

  • Clean data and perform Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) of data

  • Run analysis and statistical modeling to interpret the data

  • Generate analytical reports

  • Set up conversational AI chat environments for users to ask questions on top of their organization’s data ecosystem and Redbird data workflows

  • Train and onboard customers and make recommendations on how to best use the Redbird platform

  • Develop strategy / marketing / pitch materials and documentation for Redbird products:

  • Create product documentation and training guides to help guide and support Redbird platform users

  • Generate materials describing new features, pro tips / tricks, and different use cases for the Redbird platform

  • Develop strategy decks, capabilities presentations, and sales materials for the company based on knowledge of products / solutions
