About the Role
At its core, Delve is an engineering company on a mission to build an exceptional engineering team. We're seeking fullstack engineers who are excited to be part of our early story and help us build a diverse and vibrant tech community. Given our early stage and lean team size, we're looking for engineers who can either cover or are eager to learn multiple domains.

What You'll Do

• Shape our technical vision. As part of our small engineering team, your input will directly influence and shape our engineering culture at Delve.
• Own major product components - from individual pages to entire features, including complex implementations like multi-tenancy across our platform.
• Enhance our engineering processes by implementing robust observability solutions.
• Contribute to various business functions and help drive our company's growth to the next level.

What You Need

• Proficiency in modern web technologies: React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and strong infrastructure best practices
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements
• Enthusiasm for building MVPs and iterating based on user feedback
• Strong opinions about code quality, balanced with pragmatic decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in compliance/legal tech is a plus
