What you’ll do:

• Oversee the operations for a growing network of 6,000+ clinical partners nationwide, ensuring they offer the right experiential learning experience for our students
• Drive repeatable operational processes to deliver the best partner and student experience at scale
• Develop and execute creative initiatives and experiments to improve the partner experience
• Own and achieve partner success metrics, including externship site location and confirmation
• Manage a growing team of account managers and externship coordinators
• Work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, and partnerships team to provide visibility into partner feedback and help inform their roadmaps

• You have 6+ years of consulting or operational experience in a startup
• You are highly analytical with strong communication skills
• You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully

• You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
