As part of the product and design team, you will be involved in the end to end product development cycle. You’d work closely with the Head of Product Design to engage in user discovery, design the best user experience, oversee product delivery, and refine the product across iterations.

Responsibilities include:

• Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX for our web app
• Collaborate closely with engineers to develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Update and maintain the company's website
• Assist in product operations, including planning features, managing releases, and handling user feedback
• Create visually compelling graphics to strengthen our marketing efforts and brand identity

Requirements:

• Please submit your portfolio along with your application to be considered for this position
• Proactive and a self-starter with a bias for action to get things done
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to every task
• Fast learner who can adapt quickly to changes and work both independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrate strong visual design skills
• Familiar with Figma for UI design
• Some experience with using or designing SaaS products
• Able to commit for at least 6-12 months

Bonus:

• Experience building on Webflow
• Experience in start-ups, or in a UI/UX role (ideally in tech)
