Job Description:

HER is seeking a passionate and data-driven Senior UA Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving user growth through paid social media and mobile acquisition strategies, while optimizing for cost efficiency and ROI. Your focus will be on attracting new users to our LGBTQIA+ mobile app with a subscription revenue model.

Key Responsibilities:

   - Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms like ASA, Facebook, Instagram,, and TikTok to increase app installs and active users 

   - Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the LGBTQIA+ audience.

  • Set goals, define priorities, and create roadmap for your marketing strategies

   - Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and user acquisition efficiency.

  • Have a deep understanding of how your key performance metrics are attributed. Work with analysts to develop better attribution methodologies.

   - Use data-driven insights to refine targeting and messaging for various user segments.

   - Utilize SQL and pivot functions to extract and analyze data from various sources.

   - Track and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, user acquisition costs, and channel efficiency in dashboards created (from scratch), tracking KPIs and analytics to make data driven decisions for each channel

   - Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive growth.

   - Plan and execute A/B tests to improve ad performance and user conversion rates.

   - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and explore innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid social media and mobile acquisition.

  • Excellent project management skills, proficiency in Excel with excellent quantitative and analytical skills.

  • Experience in LGBTQIA+ marketing or a strong understanding of the LGBTQIA+ community is a plus.

  • Knowledge of ad platforms and tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
