We are seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Developer to lead all design initiatives. As our first UX/UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences for our AI-driven construction platform. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and founders to understand user requirements and convert them into intuitive user interfaces.
• Design and develop responsive user interfaces and interaction flows that align with inBuild's product vision and brand identity.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform user testing to identify pain points and improve the user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma to communicate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder alignment effectively.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable CSS code to implement designs and ensure consistent user experiences across multiple platforms and devices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX/UI design, AI, and the construction industry.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure accurate and smooth implementation of design elements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX/UI processes and workflows within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer or a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficient understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), Figma, and Canva.
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile application design principles.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As part of the agile teams, the Principal Architect assists in design problems, platform best practices, and ensuring that every application is implemented according to acceptable design, quality, performance, and security standards. They formulate high-level estimates for analyses, project planning, and impact assessments and demonstrate the ability to work with team members with varying degrees of technical depth and breadth of knowledge. The architect will also analyze and recommend technology strategies where gaps exist including performing proofs-of-concept as needed. Architects at inBuild are thought leaders in the engineering department to assist across teams.
