About the role

Position Business development is paramount to inBuild’s success during this critical growth phase. The Business Development Specialist will act as the main driver of customer acquisition through the conversion funnel optimization and sales cycle process. You will manage all aspects of the business development process and be the owner of these tactics. Cold Calling is a large aspect of this role, to gain customer traction and bring in qualified leads. You will manage marketing channels and lead generation programs. You will also maintain best practices in SEO strategy through link building, page structure, and content optimization. You will work side-by-side with the business side to manage critical business tasks and strategies for the generation of customers.

Willing to work on a commission basis, with a competitive base salary.

Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute sales tactics to drive customer acquisition & growth. Make large amounts of cold calls on a daily basis. Up to 150 Track and record metrics throughout the sales process. Meet and exceed quota goals. Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge Identify and research potential clients throughout the entire industry. Collaborate across teams to support enterprise lead generation and gauge the performance of the tactics. Contribute ideas to help identify ways to develop our customer evangelists. Bring qualified leads to the other team members to complete the sales cycle.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree, 0 - 2 years of professional work experience in technology, B2B, Sales, or SaaS. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM Software (Hubspot). Ability to harness sales data to inform decisions. Willingness to make cold calls on a daily basis, to increase customer count. Track record of success driving outcomes across the outreach channels. Strong affinity understanding of target audiences, needs, and sales processes.

Technology

As part of the agile teams, the Principal Architect assists in design problems, platform best practices, and ensuring that every application is implemented according to acceptable design, quality, performance, and security standards. They formulate high-level estimates for analyses, project planning, and impact assessments and demonstrate the ability to work with team members with varying degrees of technical depth and breadth of knowledge. The architect will also analyze and recommend technology strategies where gaps exist including performing proofs-of-concept as needed. Architects at inBuild are thought leaders in the engineering department to assist across teams. Duties include solving complex issues, learning/teaching new technologies, promoting growth, and assuring your team delivers on its commitments.
