The design team is completely independent from all other departments at Ozone to foster a truly innovative and creative environment for design. The team is comprised of leading designers with backgrounds in creator tools, video creation, applied technology, product aesthetics and interaction design. Our two core design principles are painstaking attention to detail and collaborative debate.

US Work Authorization
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Web Design or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
Strong natural eye for creating unique and innovative designs -- we're looking to create a completely original design language for our product so you must be excited to use your creativity for this!
Proficiency in relevant design frameworks: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
Experience shipping and deploying code in a production product
Strong communicator with high-EQ and people skills
Experience at a fast-growing, high-ownership early-stage startup

Our tech consists of sophisticated front end rendering controls to allow for simultaneous multi-user editing with zero-latency, seamlessly integrated with a backend video processing pipeline in the cloud. We use novel compression algorithms to provide zero latency when uploading, rendering, adding VFX, and exporting videos. We have fully integrated collaboration capabilities such as decentralized cloud storage and version control.
