Who You Are

Do you want to sell a product you wish you had throughout your sales career? Are you excited by the opportunity to sell into the massive market of mid-market and enterprise software companies with a product that can improve the lives of the entire go-to-market organization? Are you a high-energy and driven account executive who lives for the hunt and breathes for democratizing education and access? In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and Head of Marketing to build the foundation of our go-to-market sales motion and be responsible for growing our customer base. Success in this role requires a builder’s mindset to define and follow a structured sales process and position our new platform to sales leaders effectively.

This position requires a proven track record of quota achievement, curiosity, and success in selling to VP-level executives. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Run all aspects of deal execution from lead generation to qualification and close
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Be fully responsible for growing revenue from new and existing customers
  • Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current businessSynthesize customer feedback and help in form the product roadmap
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships with customers
  • Effectively penetrate our target market
  • Partner with the Marketing team to drive new business strategies
  • Be a self-motivated problem solver with outstanding attention to detail
  • Empower other Flockjay team members to succeed and actively contribute to company-wide initiatives

  • Prior success - you have managed a pipeline and carried a quarterly or annual quota for at least 5 years
  • Grit - you’re willing to take the initiative and work autonomously, knowing you have the full support of the team
  • Organizational Skills - you’re able to juggle multiple initiatives with ease
  • EQ + IQ - you’re able to quickly build relationships with prospects, understand their challenges or needs, and effectively position Flockjay
  • Sales Tech Stack - you’re proficient with the common tech stack tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, etc
  • This role is currently open for candidates in the US and Canada only.
