Swayable measures the impact of stories (ads, messages, content) on public opinion. In our 2 years since launch, clients using the platform already include four U.S. presidential candidates in the Democratic primaries, multiple leading international advocacy organizations, and a growing set of top consumer-facing brands.
We launched in 2018 out of Y Combinator, gained immediate traction, getting to over $1M in annual revenues immediately, and expect 2020 to be a big year for us, with current projections being 3-4X up from last year, even factoring in the COVID crisis.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Swayable is looking for a Sales Lead / Account Executive to help us build on our early successes in key customer categories to create a fast-scaling sales operation. As a startup, some broader SDR and client operations responsibilities will be part of the role.
Working at first as a partner to the CEO and existing customer operations team to learn the ropes and the product, the goal is to help us learn how to sell the product better, set up an effective process for sourcing and acting on leads, and as we continue to grow, either help hire and manage or work alongside a growing team of other account execs.
This position reports to the CEO, James Slezak. During COVID lockdown obviously it will be remote, and the ideal longer-term location is NYC (closest to our most valuable sales prospects) but other locations including San Francisco (where most of our technology team is based) can be considered.
Must have experience selling, so you can set up a process that works. Must be great at establishing a good process. Ideally have worked at a startup. Ideally have sales experience in the research technology industry - e.g. Qualtrics, or a survey or metrics company. Must be comfortable structuring and managing your own work.
Our web apps are Vue.js and Node.js. We use MongoDB for our database. Calculations happen in a Python/Celery app and use numpy, scipy, and pandas. We host on Heroku.
