About this role

You will be doing two key things:

1. Deliver engineering work (could be due diligence, feasibility and/or front end / basic design) for specific client projects.
2. Iterating with the software and AI teams to automate No. 1.

You will be at the center of the team. The rest of us will build interfaces, tools and features that revolves around your workflow and knowledge to make your job easier over time. We aim to automate all manual and tedious work a typical engineering team has to perform for prospecting, individual site design and site investigations.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 3-10 years experience performing power systems modelling and grid integration studies.
• Has performed on-site project work reviewing lines and substations, acquiring system data and working with local grid operators.
• Has strong fundamentals in physics and engineering - is able to re-derive engineering equations from first principles when necessary.
• Has an electrical / power systems engineering background.
• Has some on-site owner's engineer experience.
• Has key traits of humility, curiosity, growth and nice-ness.
