About the role

Join our team: Vapi is a Series “A” Voice Agent AI start-up revolutionizing the way businesses interact with their customers. We're looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to help drive the adoption of our VoiceAI solutions among our Enterprise customers.

About the role:As a Solutions Engineer at Vapi, you will work closely with Account Executives during the sales process to align with technical stakeholders and drive the project scoping process. You will also carry the context post-sales with Enterprise customers to drive project implementation and success, working alongside our forward deployed engineering team. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to drive adoption amongst Vapi's most strategic customers to bring VoiceAI to production and drive business outcomes

  • Own technical and business scoping, kick-off, implementation, project planning, and vision with key stakeholders

  • Lead project and customer interactions, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with forward deployed engineering team to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect at a SaaS business

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar) a major plus

  • CS or Eng Degree a major plus

  • Experience with AI, voice technology, or software development

  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and enterprise software
