Arcus is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our stellar engineering team. This is a crucial role within the company to build new financial services for the US and LATAM in our xPay, Xchange and xData products for L1 support who couple their technical acumen with the ability to interact directly with our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, listed below: Position Requirements
-BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
-Give support for the platform
-Good knowledge of how an API works and logs investigation
-Excellent English level
-Exceptional written and communications skills
