Welcome to Work at a Startup, the recruiting platform that matches Y Combinator companies with qualified job seekers.

To participate as a job seeker on the Y Combinator Work at a Startup recruiting platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not give anyone access to your Work at a Startup account.
• You will not misuse Work at a Startup access for unauthorized commercial purposes or for your own gain.
• You represent, warrant and covenant that you are not located in, or a resident or a national of, any country subject to a U.S. government embargo, sanctions, or other restriction, and that you are not subject to a U.S. government embargo, sanctions, or other restriction.
• You will not post misleading or deceptive information about yourself, your qualifications, work experience, affiliations, or achievements.

Y Combinator makes no warranties or representations with respect to any job poster on Work at a Startup. Furthermore, you understand and agree that Y Combinator will not be responsible or liable for the actions or inactions of any job poster during the hiring process or any subsequent employment relationship.

Violation of this Y Combinator Work at a Startup Job Seeker User Agreement (“Job Seeker User Agreement”) may result in your immediate removal from Work at a Startup. Y Combinator will determine in its sole discretion whether any activity constitutes an unauthorized use of Work at a Startup. Enforcement of this policy is entirely within Y Combinator’s exclusive discretion. Y Combinator’s failure to enforce this policy in each and every instance in which it might have application does not amount to waiver of Y Combinator’s rights under its Terms of Use or this Job Seeker User Agreement.

This Job Seeker User Agreement is incorporated into and part of YC’s Terms of Use.
